At the Law Office of Kari Hayles-Davenport we understand and appreciate that all legal issues involving family are difficult and emotionally trying for everyone involved. Kari was born in the Tri-Cities to a farming family. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University in 2003 and her Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2006. Kari is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Family Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Benton-Franklin Bar Association.
Erika was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and grew up in Western Washington. She graduated Cum Laude from Crown College in 2001 earning her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies.
She moved to the Tri-Cities in 2007. She has worked in the family law field since 2000. With her experience in family law she has come to know that each and every client brings with them a different set of circumstances and has the knowledge and expertise to assist in each situation.
Teresita has provided a wide range of legal services to her clients since 2012, including federal tax assistance, criminal defense, estate planning, and family law. Her experience includes providing Indian law expertise and tribal jurisdiction analysis for federal clients including the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Ticia was born in South Korea and grew up in Poulsbo, Washington. After graduating high school she enlisted into the United States Navy and was stationed in California. In 2001 she moved to the Tri-Cities with her husband and children, and has loved being a part of the Tri-Cities community.
Ticia has been a part of Kari’s staff as a Secretary/Legal Assistant since 2011. Although she is relatively new to the family law field, she enjoys working with the staff in the office and enjoys feeling like she is making a difference for clients.
Dawn was born in the Tri-Cities. Dawn graduated in 1984 from Boise State receiving her Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate. Dawn worked for the Kennewick School District for 25 years.
In 2013 she started school at Charter College and graduated in 2014. As a requirement for graduation, Dawn participated in an internship in the office and was hired on at the completion of her internship.
